How long does setup take?

Most users complete the initial setup in under 10 minutes. Connecting your first email account typically takes 2-3 minutes.

Is my banking information safe?

Absolutely! You only configure your bank information out-of-band, meaning we will never have direct access to it from Cashflow. We use bank-level encryption and never store your banking credentials.

Do I need to connect all my Gmail accounts?

No, you can start with just one account and add more later. You can route all transactions from all your banks to the same Gmail account for easier management.

Can I connect to email accounts other than Gmail?

Currently, we support Gmail integration. Support for other email providers is coming soon. We offer email support for all users, and premium users get priority support.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely! We use bank-level encryption and never store your banking credentials. Check out our Security & Privacy page for more info. Your data is always protected.

Do you store my bank login credentials?

No, we never store your bank login credentials. We only read email notifications from your bank, which you configure separately through your bank's alert system.

Can you access my bank account?

No, we cannot access your bank account. We only read transaction notifications sent to your email by your bank. This is a read-only, secure approach that doesn't require sharing banking credentials.

How accurate is the transaction categorization?

Our AI-powered categorization is 99.9% accurate. You can also manually adjust categories, and the system learns from your preferences over time.

Which banks are supported?

We support 5+ major Singapore banks (DBS, OCBC, UOB, and more) and 10+ international banks. Check our Getting Started guide for the complete list.

Can I track multiple credit cards?

Yes! You can track unlimited credit cards and bank accounts with our Basic and Premium plans. The Free plan supports up to 3 accounts.

How does rewards tracking work?

We automatically calculate rewards points, miles, and cashback based on your transactions and credit card programs. You'll get insights on optimization and expiry alerts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer customer support?

Yes! We offer email support for all users. Premium users get priority support with faster response times. We also have a comprehensive help center.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export all your transaction data, reports, and insights in CSV or PDF format. This feature is available on all paid plans.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data will be securely stored for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export it if needed. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
