How long does setup take?
Most users complete the initial setup in under 10 minutes. Connecting your first email account typically takes 2-3 minutes.
Do I need to connect all my Gmail accounts?
No, you only need to connect the Gmail account that receives notifications from your banks.
Can I connect to email accounts other than Gmail?
Currently, we support Gmail integration. Support for other email providers is coming soon. We offer email support for all users, and premium users get priority support.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans.
Are my bank accounts safe?
Absolutely! We never store your banking credentials, as we do not access your bank account directly. We only read transaction notifications sent to your email by your bank. This is a read-only, secure approach that doesn't require sharing banking credentials.
Is my financial data secure?
Absolutely! We use bank-level (AES-256, TLS/SSL) encryption on all PII and financial data. We will never ask for or store your banking credentials. Check out our Security & Privacy page for more info. Your data is always protected.
Will you read all my emails?
No, we promise to only read specific alerts from your bank accounts. We do not access or read any other emails in your account. Unfortunately, Gmail does not have more granular permissions to ensure this. Recognising this, we recommend creating a separate Gmail account and setting up email forwarding for just your bank alerts for maximum privacy.
How accurate is the transaction categorization?
Our AI-powered categorization is 99.9% accurate. You can also manually adjust categories, and the system learns from your preferences over time.
Which banks are supported?
We support 5+ major Singapore banks (DBS, OCBC, UOB, and more) and 10+ international banks. Check our Getting Started guide for the complete list.
Can I track multiple credit cards?
Yes! You can track unlimited credit cards and bank accounts with our Basic and Premium plans. The Free plan supports up to 3 accounts.
How does rewards tracking work?
We automatically calculate rewards points, miles, and cashback based on your transactions and credit card programs. You'll get insights on optimization and expiry alerts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
